McCoy Creek Tavern: Your Go-To Spot for Delicious American Bar Food in Buchanan

The service and food were excellent.The staff was very friendly. I had the perch dinner, and my friend had a cheeseburger. Both were cooked perfectly and were quite tasty. The establishment needs a good clearing out and a scrub. The prices and portions were good too.

This was my first time here and I definitely plan to be back. The food could use some seasoning but overall it was cooked awesome! Service was amazing too!!

Friendly group of patrons and even friendlier staff. The burger has a heavy portion of delicious beef along with your choice of fixings. The price is right on par with the current market if not a bit lower (paid $13 for hamburger w/fries). The inside is nothing special to look at, but that did not seem to take away from the positive spirits in the room. I would stop back in for a beer when I feel like one and to try something else to eat now that I know the menu.

Stephanie is a wonderful waitress. Very helpful and attentive. We have had coming here for over 30 years. If you want Great food, this is the place!

We have been coming here for a couple of years now, and they are always consistent. Consistent good food, and consistent great service! There are so many restaurants, but we will always choose this place because they are always on point. Thank you for always doing an awesome job!!

We went twice while visiting the area, the first night we had their special .79 wings with an order of fries and mac and cheese bites. The wings were crispy and the sauces were great, fries are good especially dipped in ranch(don't know if ranch is homemade but it was excellent) and we all loved the mac and cheese bites and I'm not normally a fan. Second night was burgers and chicken strips, burgers were fantastic, big, and cooked perfect. Chicken strips were fresh, crispy, and HUGE. Trust me when I say if you didn't stop at the dispensary first only get the half order, 2 is more than enough. The service was welcoming and the atmosphere was nice although it is fairly small. Even though everyone seemed to be locals we felt treated like one also, so much nicer than what I see in a big city. Overall great place and cant wait to pass thru the area again

Stopped in here during one of the summer concerts. Place was filled with people eating. Service was great and the food came out relatively fast. Had the burger and enjoyed it very much. Would come back for a drink and a bite anytime I'm in town.

It is exactly how you think a small tavern in a small town would look.....friendly atmosphere, great service, and the food was amazing! I got the chicken tenders based off other reviews and they did not disappoint! They are massive and delicious, I got the half order and could only eat 1 out of the 2. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger and said it was extremely good and large, he couldn't even finish his fries afterwards. The staff was super friendly, the service was fast and the food is so worth it.
